2B Advice announces version 7.5 of the 2B Advice PrIME privacy compliance software

2B Advice is pleased to announce the 7.5 release of our 2B Advice PrIME data privacy compliance software. The latest software version includes many new capabilities and expands on several features launched in 2B Advice PrIME earlier this year.

2B Advice PrIME 7.5 expands on the power of the 2B Advice PrIME Marketing Compliance Management tools which provide marketers, web developers, and legal experts a privacy interface that allows them to manage consumer consent, privacy policies and notices, and branded cookie banners, as well as to handle subject rights and data subject requests with ease.

Cookie CONSENT Manager & COOKIE Banner Generator – added capabilities

2B Advice PrIME automatically generates and publishes a privacy compliant cookie policy based on the cookies in use on your website which have been identified by the Website Analyzer. Web or app users are able to freely give a clear and affirmative action indicating consent. To support the most current cookie consent requirements, we have expanded options for:

Additional buttons on the banner to support requirements such as a “reject all” button, or to use necessary cookies only
More banner formats for buttons, categories, and cookie details
API for Single Page Application (SPA) frameworks
Google Consent Mode support

Consent Opt-IN / Opt-Out Manager – added capabilities

2B Advice support consents opt-in or opt-out and preference management along with integration hooks to facilitate management of the consent lifecycle across existing marketing, sales, and IT technologies. New features added include double opt-in.

DATA SUBJECT REQUEST FORMS

2B Advice Data Subject Request Forms work hand-in-hand with our ticketing and communications systems to ensure compliance with privacy regulations, auditable tracking, and timely response to each data subject request. We have added new CMS form templates that include drop down options and the ability to pass hidden fields such as Client ID.

MORE ADDED Features in This Release

Several new features enhance the 2B Advice PrIME’s robust privacy features and reporting including privacy catalogs, risk assessments, and workflows.

Reporting – Generate Reports via Microsoft PowerPoint

The 2B Advice PrIME reporting engine now supports the ability to generate reports in PowerPoint in addition to Word and Excel.

REST API – Enhancements

Several new capabilities have been added to the 2B Advice PrIME REST API.

Create, Read, Update and Delete operations for ticketing system entries, communication history and notes
REST API endpoint URLs are available on Options panel

OnLINE Assessments available in Personal Privacy Portal (PPP)

Online Assessments are now accessible from the Personal Privacy Portal dashboard. This way each user has a view of the assessments and their status for which they have permissions. (Available for Network license or higher)

Additional features added to assessments include:

Single and multiple comments
comments with history, user name and date

Question Catalog – added capabilities

2B Advice has enhanced their robust question catalogs with configurable dependencies for one or multiple questions. They also offer new calculation operators for sum, average, min, max and product/multiplier.

Automated Workflow – added capabilities

Advanced workflow capabilities include multilevel workflows and automation. New workflow configuration options now include new assessment creation, flow control, and notifications.

OpenID Connect Support (self-hosted version only)

The 2B Advice PrIME self-hosted solution now supports authentication by an external identity provider via the OpenID Connect (OIDC) protocol which allows Single-Sign-On authentication.
